Meet Natalie
Natalie Wietholter, MSOTR/L is an occupational therapist on mission to help others feel seen and heard so that they feel safe enough to grow. She graduated from Hope College with her undergraduate degree in psychology in 2014 and Western Michigan University with her master’s degree in occupational therapy in 2017. The focus of her career has been in pediatrics and worked at an outpatient pediatric clinic through a local hospital system, First Steps and private practice. Natalie has experience in working with a wide range of challenges impacting development, however, specializes in regulation and sensory processing issues as it relates to children with complex developmental trauma, autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent populations. She has training in sensory processing, DIR Floortime, Handwriting Without Tears, the Polyvagal Theory, and is a Trust-Based Relationship Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner. Natalie’s approach is rooted in connected relationship and client-centered play so that children can grow in all areas of development.
Natalie’s favorite days typically involve family, friends, nature, and coffee.
